Jackson's Snacks...

So there is one thing Jackson is definitely a fan of, and that is snacks.  All kinds.  He is obsessed with candy for starters, with his favorites probably being Smarties.  Sometimes when we pick him up from school that is the first thing out of his mouth when he gets into the car..."candy", "candy", "please".

But lately he's had two snack habits that stand out from the rest.  When it comes to Oreos, he likes to eat the filling and leave the cookies.  The best though is his craving for guacamole.  He started eating it a while back from our trips to Chipotle.  We noticed that he generally licked the guac off of the chip before eating the chip itself, if he ate the chip at all.  So we gave him a few scoops in a bowl and he inhaled it.  Now he loves just sitting down with a bowl of guacamole and spoon and going at it.

We decorated the tree last night and that proved to be more of a challenge than last year.  Last year the biggest worry we had was the cat.  This year, I will be shocked if we make it through Christmas without the tree knocked over at least once.  As soon as a decoration went on, Jackson brought it right back off.  At one point he hid behind the tree and was throwing the balls from the tree as fast as he could get them off.  Should be an interesting back and forth battle over the new few weeks to say the least :)

Somehow I get the feeling he will win one way or the other.
